Management and control structure
The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board work together closely and on the basis of mutual trust for the benefit of the Company. The Supervisory Board is informed regularly, promptly and comprehensively by the Executive Board about the Company‘s business development, strategy and planning and the risk situation. Detailed information on the main areas of focus of the Supervisory Board‘s activities in financial year 2008 can be found in its report.
In financial year 2008, there were no advisory or other contracts for work or services in existence between members of the Supervisory Board and the Company.
